What is off line?

Offline refers to a state where a device or system is disconnected from the internet or network. This means that it cannot send or receive data from other devices or the internet. In this state, users can still access files, data, and applications that are stored locally on their device. However, they may not be able to access online services or platforms that require an internet connection. Being offline can be intentional, such as when a user chooses to disconnect their device from the internet to conserve battery life or avoid distractions, or it can be unintentional, such as when there is an internet outage or a device malfunctions.
